Walters-Dimmick Petroleum, Inc. (WDP) is a long-standing, family owned company based out of Marshall, Michigan, with a primary focus on fuels and convenience retailing through its chain of Shell branded convenience stores and network of Shell branded dealers in southwest Michigan, northern Indiana and Ohio.  In addition to its c-stores, WDP has added branded foodservice operations, such as Subway, Quizno's, Jimmy John's, and Country Kitchen, to many of its locations in order to provide more of a "one-stop-shop" for its customers.  Most recently, the company has converted several of its c-stores to IGA Express grocerettes to better cater to the needs of its communities. 

Another aspect of WDP is the wholesale distribution of Shell oils and lubricants along with other automotive and convenience accessories.  These products are distributed to industrial, commercial, agricultural, aeronautical, and consumer accounts, and throughout the company's dealer and retail network, from the 25,000 square ft. bulk and packaged-product warehouse located at its office in Marshall, Michigan.
