WDS Ventures, L.L.C., (WDS) a limited liability company,
is a partnership between Walters-Dimmick Petroleum, Inc., and Shell Oil Products
U.S. Like WDP, WDS is a wholesale marketer of Shell petroleum products, and markets
through a network of company and dealer operated, Shell branded retail facilities
in the Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Battle Creek market areas. Walters-Dimmick
Petroleum is the operating member of the partnership and employs all of the
personnel at the WDS company-operated sites-WDS Ventures has no employees.
